MINI 2 TASTERS

This term each student will have small-group introductory lessons on the following instruments: 

  • Flute

  • Clarinet 

  • Bassoon 

  • Trombone

  • Cello

  • Percussion 

  • Guitar 

In the morning, the Minis will gather at their designated group sign on the lockers in the Atrium,see below the groups so you know which sign to take your child to and it will let things run smoother! This also shows you which group will be playing what instrument in each week so you can tell your child during the week if you wish.

Instruments will be provided in class, however these must not go home with students so if your child somehow comes downstairs with an instrument please give it to Gavin or another member of staff.

On November 18, a decision form will be sent out for your child to decide which instrument they would like to learn from January at which point information regarding our instrumental loan and purchase scheme will also be shared. This decision must be made by Thursday 27 November.
