We hope you have had a lovely summer! Whether you are a long-standing member or this is your first term with us, we hope you are looking forward to a new year of music-making at the Saturday Programme!
Term Dates
Saturday Programme term starts on Saturday 20th September, and you can also view our full term dates here.
Invoices
Thank you to those who have paid your second invoice for the Autumn term already. If you have not yet paid this please remember this payment is due on or before Monday 8th September. If you have not yet been in contact with any issues or to let us know to expect payment a little later, late fees will automatically be added on Tuesday 9th. We don't want to make things difficult but chasing invoices takes a lot of time away from important final preparations for the term, so please contact us with any issues if you want to avoid this charge.
Timetable
The Timetables are now live. Please do ensure you check your timetable onMyMusicStaff well in advance of the first week of term to ensure you or your child(ren) know when and where their sessions are taking place. There have been some changes to group session times and for some of you, changes to which groups your child(ren) are in. We would recommend the habit of checking every week as though we always aim to let you know of any small changes, one missed email could mean a missed lesson.
Please be aware that our timetable is very complex with over 250 activities happening on a Saturday! We always try to minimise waits but it is not always possible to make everything back to back or accommodate individual requests. That being said, please do get in touch if you see any major issues with your schedule.
Members Area
Over the Summer we have created a Members Area for you which holds a vast treasure trove of information and resources. This can be accessed here with the password SPMembersArea2025 - you can also always find it on the menu of our website (we'd recommend bookmarking it!) Have an explore and a read before term starts but we would like you to specifically look at the Common Forms page and fill out any forms that are relevant to you. We hope this offers you an easier way of keeping all the SP information in one place.
Student Personal Information Form.
We ask that you please complete this Student Personal Information Form so that we can ensure your child(ren)'s records are up to date in our system in regards to school, school year, any health conditions and/or any personal circumstances we should be aware of. This information really helps us best support your child's needs so please do ensure you complete this before the 16th so we have time to make tutors aware before the first week back.
