Summer Show announcement & Information
We’re delighted to continue our annual tradition of presenting a production in which all the ICS! groups of Minis, Juniors and Seniors have the opportunity to perform together. The Summer Show is a fun, lighthearted work which includes favourites from Broadway and musicals to tell the story of students planning to put on a show to save their music school.
The Performance will be in the Performance Theatre at Bridge Academy on:
Saturday 4 July at 14:30.
Schedule – please note Whole Cast rehearsal times
In order to put the whole piece together and enable all the groups to rehearse together there will be some additional rehearsals, which everyone needs to attend:
20 June 09:00 – 14:15 Everyone all day
(Minis to leave at 12:00pm, Junior 1s to leave at 1:00pm)
27 June 09:00 – 14:15 Everyone all day with costumes*
4 July 09:00 -13:30 Everyone all day with costumes*

Please make a note of these dates and if you know that there is an unavoidable reason why your child(ren) cannot make any of these rehearsals or the performance, please let us know as soon as possible.
These Whole Cast rehearsals enable us to rehearse the sections where everybody sings together, put together the dialogue and get to know the whole story. There will be breaks for all students during these rehearsals.
Participation Fee
In order to support additional costs including a stage manager/costume supervisor, additional venue charges and costumes and props for the show, we are asking for a contribution of £20.00 from each student, which you will find on your invoice. As always, we want to ensure this charge is not prohibitive to participation, so please contact us if you have concerns.
*We will be sending more information about costume basics, show tickets (which will be £7.00) and a Participation Form in due course.
