For health and safety reasons, everyone attending the Saturday Programme must sign in and out using the sign-in sheet provided on site. All Parents/ Guardians are responsible to ensure the safe collection and/or transportation of their students to and from the Saturday Programme venue

If your child attends the Saturday Programme unsupervised and does not have the means to make contactless or chip and pin purchases at the tuck shop, they can get pre-paid tuck shop credit which we will then monitor and tell you when it is running low.

When preparing for a performance, I Can Sing! students will need to sign a permission form outlining additional rehearsal times, costume requirements, and other relevant information.

To declare medication
If your child will need to take medication whilst with us on a Saturday as a rolling consideration (ie inhalers or epi-pens) or for individual circumstances (ie antibiotics) you will need to declare this to the office. Be aware that tutors cannot administer medication and so if it is needed during your child’s time at SP a parent will need to be on site to administer for students below year 5.

If your child(ren) are in school Year 6, and you wish them to arrive/leave site unattended at the start of end of their day or during breaks.
During the Summer term Mini 2’s will need to chose which programme they want to do the following academic year using the Progress Decision Form.
